Where are my kids' accounts?

When you signed up for the program, you probably signed your children up at the same time. To find your kids’ accounts, select the “Account” tab on your homepage. Then select "Family Accounts" from the drop-down menu. This will give you a list of family members. From here you can edit your family's account information, add a child account, log activity or switch to your child's account. If you don’t have a “Family Members” tab or your child isn’t listed there, you’ll want to select "Add Child Account" to add a new child or link an existing account.


I already created my account. How do I add family members?


From your homepage, select “Account” in the menu bar.

Then select "Add Child Account" from the drop-down menu.  You will need the username and password for the child account.  Or you can simply create a new child account.


How do I log my reading?


Log in to your account. The reading log is located on the top menu bar under "Logging" or click on the home button to have access to log reading.  Pre-readers (age 0-3) complete the program by logging Early Literacy Activities; children and teens log number of minutes read; and adults log by each book read. 


How do I play the mini-games?


From your user homepage, select "Games" in the menu bar. New games are unlocked as you log more points. 


Where can I see all the badges I can earn?

I accidentally signed myself up for the wrong program!  What can I do?


Just go to your “Mail” section and send us a message by clicking the question mark.  We’ll take care of it for you. You’ll receive a message when it’s done.

Just go to your “Mail” section and send us a message letting us know. We’ll take care of it for you. You’ll receive a message when it’s done.


I sent you a message, but I haven’t gotten a response. When will I hear back from you?


We try to respond to every notification within 48 hours. During the first couple weeks of the program, though, we receive a high volume of messages, so it may take a bit longer.
